The narrative of Fatal Frame:
Mask of the Lunar Eclipse Remastered is set in 1970s, when 5 girls were
kidnapped. A detective solved the case & helped in releasing the girl.
However, 10 years later, 2 of the girls died in a strange way. The other 3
girls were shocked by this news, so they chose to find the mysterious secret
behind the complete narrative. Nevertheless, they are not alone because the
detective that helped in freeing the girls 10 years ago is again following in
the footsteps of the girls.
